The Beautiful Networking Event in aid of the Simone Cowland Trust

The Beautiful Networking event in aid of the Simone Cowland Trust was an opportunity for like minded professionals from a variety of organisations, Start-ups to established companies to come together and learn about one another in a relaxed and intimate environment.

We felt this was a great way for companies and individuals to tell their story, make a new contact, swap business cards and start the beginning of a fruitful relationship or two! We also wanted to continue to raise awareness for the Simone Cowland Trust, The Royal Brompton Hospital, Foulis Ward and Cystic Fibrosis the UK’s No.1 inherited disease which to date has no cure.

The business sectors represented on the day came from a mix of Creative, Design, Branding, Digital Media, Radio, PR, Fashion, Law, Travel, Leisure, Financial Services, Retail, Education, Property, I.T, Events, Recruitment and Charity to name but a few.

The Hoxton Hotel was the perfect setting with its large stone faced fireplace, polished concrete, exposed brick and an eclectic mix of brown leather sofas and armchairs. The service was first class throughout and the Urban Lodge didn’t let us down.

Guests were treated to a welcome drink on arrival with nuts and olives on demand whilst networking. The mood was set and the aim of the afternoon was simple; meet, greet and network!

After a brief introduction and welcome from Beautiful Events guests were treated to our business card raffle with a chance to win two very special prizes on the day.

• 2 tickets to see the 1500th performance of Dirty Dancing at the Aldwych Theatre, London.
• 1 night weekend stay at the Hoxton Hotel with breakfast for two people.

After much anticipation the draw was made by Steve Barton – Senior Nurse, The Royal Brompton Hospital, Foulis Ward, Mike Mackay, Outside Line and Isaac Shomade, Head of Committee, The Simone Cowland Trust.
